Discover Our Listing of the Week
Looking for interesting properties for sale or rent in Malta and Gozo?
Every week, Map Direct Properties will be selecting a Listing of the Week to feature across our social media channels.
The aim is simple: to give selected properties additional exposure and help more property seekers discover them.
What Will Be Featured?
Each featured listing will include a photograph, a short description and some of the property's main features.
Depending on the property, these may include:
- Property type
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Internal and external space
- Terraces, balconies or yards
- Floor level
- Location
- Property condition
- Other important features
Property prices will not be included in the Listing of the Week social media feature.
Instead, interested property seekers can visit the full listing on Map Direct Properties to find out more and enquire directly with the lister.
Helping Properties Get More Visibility
With so many properties available on the market, getting noticed can make a difference.
Our Listing of the Week gives a selected property an opportunity to receive additional attention through our social media audience.
For property owners, developers and agents, this can provide another way to showcase their listings.
