Property Searching Should Be Simple
Looking for a property can already be a time-consuming process.
At Map Direct Properties, we wanted to make the basic property search experience straightforward and accessible.
That is why searching for properties on our platform is free.
Property seekers can browse available properties, use search options and filters, explore the map and find listings that match their requirements.
Enquiring About a Property Is Free
Found something you like?
You can enquire about a listing without paying a fee to Map Direct Properties for making that connection.
Depending on the listing, you can send a message through the website or request a call from the lister.
This allows property seekers to communicate directly with the owner, developer or agent responsible for the listing.
Listing Your Property Is Free
Property owners, developers and agents can also benefit from free standard property listings.
You can create an account, add your property information and publish a standard listing without paying a listing fee.
There is also no commission charged by Map Direct Properties between the lister and the consumer simply because they connect through our platform.
Why Are We Doing This?
Our aim is to build a property marketplace where more properties can be listed and more people can search for them.
Keeping the core process accessible helps create opportunities for both sides of the property market.
More listings give property seekers more choice, while more property seekers create opportunities for listers.
Optional Additional Visibility
While standard listings are free, listers who want additional exposure can choose optional boosted listing services where available.
These services are separate from the basic ability to search, enquire and create a standard listing.
